In a TEDx session at IIM Calcutta, PwC India's advisory leader Arnab Basu spoke about innovative ideas and strategies that challenge traditional thinking in leadership. In a session titled ‘Revolutionising Mindsets’, he also spoke about a shift in perspectives in today's dynamic world, and how reshaping one's mindset is crucial to lead organisations. Being an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, he also shared his journey, the leaders who have inspired him and his learnings so far with an emphasis on building trust and having a forward-looking approach.
As part of our post offer engagement initiative, we’re back again with the Season 2 of Reverse panel discussion: Twist to the mundane initiative featuring our dynamic summer interns who joined us from campuses across the country. This unique program flips the traditional approach of panel discussion where people from organizations discuss important topics – we gave our summer interns the opportunity to be on the panel and ask questions directly to the firm’s leaders.
At PwC India, we celebrated march as International Women’s Day month, embracing the theme of #InclusionMatters with a series of inspiring events. From thought provoking panel discussions to leader on campus series at women only campuses, students gained insights on the essence of solidarity, empowerment and embracing opportunities, among other things. Through these initiatives, we reaffirmed our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where every voice is heard, and every individual is empowered to thrive.

Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow
On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Campus team in collaboration with Diversity and Inclusion hosted an event for our 2002 batch of female candidates and interns.
On March 8, Arnab Basu sent out wishes to all female participants of the event. Later in the day, a panel discussion was held where panelists shared their experience and journey at PwC. They offered guidance and tips on what new joinees can expect as they enter the corporate world. The event was quite insightful and interactive and had some great questions posed by participants on what to expect from campus to corporate, work-life balance, work culture and values, ESG integration.
