In a session titled ‘Revolutionising Mindsets’, he also spoke about a shift in perspectives in today's dynamic world, and how reshaping one's mindset is crucial to lead organisations. Being an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, he also shared his journey, the leaders who have inspired him and his learnings so far with an emphasis on building trust and having a forward-looking approach.

Reverse Panel Discussion: Twist to mundane Season 2

As part of our post offer engagement initiative, we’re back again with the Season 2 of Reverse panel discussion: Twist to the mundane initiative featuring our dynamic summer interns who joined us from campuses across the country. This unique program flips the traditional approach of panel discussion where people from organizations discuss important topics – we gave our summer interns the opportunity to be on the panel and ask questions directly to the firm’s leaders.

Elevating inclusion

At PwC India, we celebrated march as International Women’s Day month, embracing the theme of #InclusionMatters with a series of inspiring events. From thought provoking panel discussions to leader on campus series at women only campuses, students gained insights on the essence of solidarity, empowerment and embracing opportunities, among other things. Through these initiatives, we reaffirmed our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where every voice is heard, and every individual is empowered to thrive.

Below are the programs conducted:

  • Aspire to Lead: Panel discussion forum featuring the women leaders, college alumni’s (proud PwCite) with our prospective female joiners.
  • Leader on Campus Series: Our esteemed women leaders gracing the campuses for an enriching talk session, that not only elevates our brand visibility but also fosters engagement and empowerment within our community.
  • Inclusion Narratives: Hear from our alumni who joined us in the last few years, sharing their inspiring stories and experiences, highlighting the impact of inclusivity and diversity in shaping their professional journeys.
  • She Powers - Tech & cyber - in collaboration with I&D: A campus outreach programme aiming at narrowing the gender gap in the technology sector by inspiring, nurturing, and preparing women students for the professional roles.

Welcoming summer Interns:

Meet our fresh batch of summer interns!

We’re excited to have our talented new interns officially on board! As they get ready to dive into a world of new experiences and learning opportunities, we wish these bright minds all the very best and hope that they achieve growth and success during the course of this internship. We can’t wait to see them add value to our community of solvers through their dedication and innovative ideas.

Topic

Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow

On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Campus team in collaboration with Diversity and Inclusion hosted an event for our 2002 batch of female candidates and interns.

On March 8, Arnab Basu sent out wishes to all female participants of the event. Later in the day, a panel discussion was held where panelists shared their experience and journey at PwC. They offered guidance and tips on what new joinees can expect as they enter the corporate world. The event was quite insightful and interactive and had some great questions posed by participants on what to expect from campus to corporate, work-life balance, work culture and values, ESG integration.
