PwC India and Leah extend strategic partnership to help organisations drive AI-led business transformations leveraging Leah’s Agentic solutions

The partnership allows us to create value by powering PwC’s industry, functional and technical capabilities with Leah’s Agentic solutions at enterprise scale across core business functions and industry value chain.

India, 29 May, 2026: PwC India today announced an extension of a strategic alliance with Leah, an enterprise agentic AI company, which will help clients realise the value from large scale transformations where Agentic AI is a critical component today.

This collaboration brings PwC’s deep transformation expertise, industry insights and specialised technology skills to implement complex, integrated and scaled programs with Leah’s industry leading Agentic AI Platform Agentic OS to orchestrate, run and govern AI agents.

The partnership aims to support clients as they move beyond task level automation towards an operating structure run with hybrid taskforces with humans and AI.

“As the industry moves from experimentation to scaled deployments, the enterprise AI advantage will come from scaled agentic operations and vertically trained agents sharply trained on contextual and process nuances. Our alliance with Leah helps clients to not only embed Agentic AI in their functional activities but also leverage domain-specific AI with enterprise orchestration, governance, and secure deployment options including on-premises environments. PwC can help clients across finance, HR, supply chain processes and with tailored agents in domains like Source-to-Contract, we are helping organisations drive accelerated value with agentic AI across their operations,” said Manpreet Singh Ahuja, Partner and Chief Clients and Industries Officer, PwC India.

Leah’s agentic solutions built on Leah Agentic OS address the industry challenge of rapid value realisation, allowing orchestration across systems, workflows and data while supporting enterprise requirements such as auditability, traceability and human oversight.

“The enterprise AI advantage won't come from bolting AI onto existing solutions — it will come from AI-native platforms that combine with agentic architecture, Leah’s Agentic OS is the first platform-built ground-up to deliver exactly that. Working with PwC India, we're helping enterprises finally execute commercial intelligence at scale,” said Sarvarth Misra, CEO and cofounder of Leah.

Through this partnership, PwC India and Leah will collaborate to help organizations:

  • Leverage Agentic OS Platforms that reason, act and collaborate across systems for adopting cross-functional and industry use cases
  • Bring function specific agents across Finance, Source-to Contract, HR and Legal, enabling customised deployments on use cases with the highest potential for value creation
  • Embed enterprise grade governance, controls and oversight, including auditability, explainability and human-in-the-loop controls
  • Integrate agentic workflows into existing ERP, procurement, finance and enterprise platforms rather than creating new silos
