Career Readiness Training Programme
Career Readiness Training Programme is an immersive 18-month (Engineering) and 12-month (MBA) learning experience delivered in collaboration with SAP University Alliances. Designed to develop industry-ready talent, the program combines structured curriculum, expert-led training, hands-on-modules, and guided career pathways. Spread across three academic semesters, it aims to prepare students for long-term, high-impact careers with PwC.

- Practical SAP and industry-relevant technology skills
- Confidence through real corporate exposure and problem-solving training
- A structured pathway toward internships and full-time opportunities
The program progresses through multiple stages aligned with the academic calendar:
Professor sensitisation: Orientation sessions conducted with faculty to align learning goals
Foundation module: Introduction to SAP fundamentals through virtual sessions and guided self-learning
Deep learning module: Advanced technical training followed by assessments and interview readiness
Internship: A full-time, structured internship offering real-world project experience
FTE conversion: Eligible students transition to full-time roles based on performance
Engineering and MBA students nominated by participating colleges, meeting PwC’s academic criteria and demonstrating interest in technology and applied learning.
