Campus Contenders

Sixth season of 2025 Campus Contender finale hosted in Gurgaon

Launched in 2018, Campus Contender is our legacy annual case study competition for top B-Schools across India. The programme simulates the consulting experience – bringing students face-to-face with real business problems, leadership mentorship, and an exclusive look into how PwC solves today’s most pressing challenges.

Each year, thousands of students compete through multiple evaluation stages, culminating in a high-energy Grand Finale judged by senior PwC leaders.

Campus Contenders

A structured, mutli-stage competition co-created with PwC leaders:

Round 1: Online assessment (MCQs on business, consulting, analytics)

Round 2: Abstract submission

Round 3: Presentation submission 

Round 4: Team presentations

Each round is eliminatory and tests analytical thinking, structured communication, creativity, and problem-solving ability.

  • Final year management students from top B-Schools, open to all specialisations
  • Minimum 6.0 CGPA or 60% equivalent
  • Individual and team-based participation allowed

Campus Talent Conclave

Strengthening partnerships. Shaping future talent.

Campus Talent Conclave is our flagship collaboration forum that brings together Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) of country’s leading educational institutions, along with institutional leadership, and PwC’s business and recruitment teams.

Campus Conclave

Designed to deepen long-term partnerships with empaneled colleges across India, the platform enables open dialogue, strategic alignment, and shared understanding of future talent needs and industry trends.

As a participant you will gain:

  • Insights into emerging skills and industry trends influencing employability
  • Access to PwC leaders, recruiters, and talent experts for strategic conversations
  • Guidance on preparing students for PwC assessments, interviews, and role requirements
  • A platform to collaborate, raise challenges, share feedback, and co-create solutions
  • Best practices and recommendations to enhance institutional readiness
  • Clarity on PwC’s hiring needs and expectations across roles and business units

It is an hour-long, high impact forum that brings together PwC leaders and campus representatives for focused conversations on talent needs, industry trends, recruitment expectations, student readiness, and evolving skill demands. The format combines leadership messages, insights, interactive discussions, and brief networking, with the content refreshed each year to stay relevant and future-oriented 

  • Open exclusively to Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) and representatives from PwC-empaneled colleges
  • Institutions must be part of PwC’s annual campus hiring ecosystem

Leader on Campus

Connecting PwC’s leaders with tomorrow's talent.

Leader on campus is a signature PwC initiative that brings senior leaders directly to college campuses through keynote talks, guest lectures, panel discussions, and industry conversations. The programme offers students real-world insights, leadership perspectives, and an authentic view into PwC’s culture and values – creating a meaningful, high-impact touchpoint with future talent.

As a participant you will gain:

  • Direct interaction with PwC leaders and their real-world perspectives
  • Insights into industry trends and future skill expectations
  • Clarity on PwC roles, career paths, and workplace expectations

Leader on campus is delivered as a curated, leadership-led engagement tailored to each institution’s academic needs. Sessions include thought leadership from PwC leaders, industry context, role clarity, and interactive conversations, along with opportunities for students to ask questions and connect informally. Formats may vary – from keynote talks to panels and masterclasses – to keep the experience relevant and high-impact each year.

Open to PwC empaneled colleges and institutions selected as part of our annual engagement plan. Access is coordinated through Training & Placement Offices and Student Clubs and aligned with each college’s academic schedule.

Corporate Experience Programme

Launched in 2018, the Corporate Experience Programme is a week-long learning experience designed for senior secondary students. The programme offers a curated look into corporate life, the firm’s culture, business functions, and career pathways – helping students make informed academic and professional choices early on.

As a participant, you will gain

  • First-hand exposure to the corporate world
  • Clarity on career options through interactions with industry leaders
  • Understanding of PwC’s culture, ethics, and business landscape

A structured five-day immersion featuring sessions led by PwC professionals:

Day 1: PwC overview, history, and introduction to Advisory, Tax and Assurance functions

Day 2: Business presentations and a session on Social Entrepreneurship 

Day 3: Corporate finesse and soft-skills development

Day 4: Insights into HR, Finance, and Corporate Communication

Day 5: Sessions on D&I, Cybersecurity, and Business Ethics

Participants receive certificates and goodies upon completion. The programme is conducted in-person, virtual, or hybrid based on school requirements.

Cloud Technology Development Programme

Cloud Technology Development Programme is an 18-month early-engagement initiative launched by PwC. Designed for students in their sixth to eigth semester, the programme builds industry-ready cloud talent through structured learning, hands-on practice, and guided exposure to real business environments. 

Cloud Technology Development Programme

As a participant, you will gain

  • Practical salesforce and cloud technology skills 

  • Guided learning through expert-led sessions and self-paced modules 

  • Real corporate exposure through interactions, assessments, and internship pathways

The programme is delivered in a multi-stage format that supports continuous learning and skill progression: 

  • Level 1- Foundation – A 1.5-3 hour weekly virtual session introducing core salesforce concepts, supported by structured self-study 
  • Evaluation- A comprehensive assessment to shortlist students for the next level 
  • Level 2- Advanced – A mutli-week, deeper learning track with 45 hours of blended training (PwC-led instruction + self-learning) 
  • Internship Pathway- Eligible students progress to interview rounds for a six-month internship, gaining hands-on project experience and business exposure

BTech/ MTech students from a Computer Science background with 60% or 6 CGPA, no active backlogs, and currently in their 6th semester at participating institutions
