Our alums make us proud

It is always a great feeling to see our alumni succeeding in their professional lives. We are proud of our alumni Prabin Dokania and Satyajit Gupta who have recently been recognised for outstanding contribution in their respective areas of work.

The Alumni team on behalf of the entire firm wishes them the best on their success.

Prabin Dokania

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has recently recognised our alum Prabin Dokania as the best CFO for his exceptional performance and contribution in various organisational sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Goods and Services Tax network (GSTN). At PwC, Prabin was a part of the GRID team from 2007 to 2010.

Prabin remembers his tenure at PwC to be a great learning experience, both professionally and personally. He fondly remembers being a part of the PwC India Foundation where he designed the initial roadmap with our former partner Bharti Gupta Ramola.

He attributes his success to the support of his parents and family, especially his wife Priti who supports him in all his endeavours.

Satyajit Gupta

The Indian National Bar Association (INBA) has awarded our alum Satyajit Gupta with the honour of the ‘M&A Lawyer of the Year 2017’. This is an annual recognition given to top lawyers and law firms and the jury is headed by noted jurist, Ram Jethmalani. Currently, Satyajit has recently joined Star India Private Limited as VP (Legal). At PwC, he was a part of the TRS team in Bangalore from July 2003 to May 2005.

He regularly contributes to various thought leaderships and has been featured on various print and digital platforms.

Satyajit dedicates his success to his family who have supported him through thick and thin. He particularly credits his daughter Bijoya to be his lucky charm.
