PwC was a great place to work because it offered a culture of continuous learning and access to leaders who genuinely invested in my growth.
I had a very good experience at PwC. Though it was the first time I joined a Big Four, I got excellent exposure to grow as well as received recognition from time to time. This helped in charting my future success.
I am especially grateful to my mentors Nagnath Pai, Ali Akbar, and Jeetendra Mirchandani. From my early days, they consistently supported and guided which greatly shaped my growth.
Even after Nagnath Pai retired, support from Jeetendra Mirchandani and Ali Akbar made me feel truly valued. I am grateful to have worked under leaders who believed in me.
PwC offered a culture of continuous learning and access to leaders who genuinely invested in my future. The culture of ownership and accountability shaped my work ethic. It continues to influence how I approach challenges today.
I work as a finance senior manager in the industry handling audit, taxation and legal compliances.
My leadership style is collaborative and people centric. I believe in empowering teams and creating an environment where ideas can thrive. AI driven solutions are transforming the industry, enabling smarter decisionmaking and more personalised experiences.
One lesson I’ll never forget is that consistency beats intensity. Small, steady efforts compound into big results.
Networking is essential. Strong relationships open doors, offer perspectives, and create opportunities you may never find on your own. Based on this thought process, I take the time to lend my expertise and extend my networks by helping other to get into the industry or regulated firms. A piece of advice I would give anyone starting their career is to take risks early, stay curious, and don’t wait for perfect conditions. Growth often happens outside your comfort zone.
It’s inspiring to see how far our alumni community has come. Let’s continue supporting each other and celebrate the journeys that started at PwC.
