When did you first join PwC? What was your role when you first joined the firm?
I first joined PwC in 2016, and I distinctly remember my interview and case round like it was yesterday. I joined as a consultant in 2016 and post joining, I was immediately staffed on a project. Our health Industries team was relatively small at that time. Today, our strength has grown to more than 150 people and spread across locations! It makes me happy to see the growth and the strength of our health Industries practice today.
What experiences or roles did you undertake after leaving?
I always wanted to gain industry exposure to further deepen my expertise in the pharma and healthcare space. I took up the role of a salesforce effectiveness lead in Cipla which is one of the top 3 pharmaceutical companies in India.
What motivated you to rejoin PwC?
The breadth of projects at PwC was something I really began to miss. I was happy to rejoin the same team and was confident about my choice.
How have you grown personally and professionally since rejoining?
Today, I am an associate director in the health industries practice within management consulting. I have been associated with PwC for a large part of my career and have been part of diverse projects such as Next-Gen AI, AI and ML transformations, growth and GTM strategy, M&A, market entry and more.
How has PwC changed since you first joined?
PwC has always been evolving and investing in technology both internally and for our clients. The firm's human resource function is strong which ensures strong focus on a positive work environment.
What advice would you give to alumni considering rejoining?
PwC is one of the largest professional services firms globally and is here to stay. So, if you love consulting and are looking for a place which continues to evolve and provides a defined career path. PwC should be your top choice.
