Sudipta Ghosh, Chief Delivery Officer, PwC India
As a Chief Delivery Officer for PwC India, Sudipta drives focus on consistent delivery excellence, improving optimisation of delivery effort, and building standardisation and scale in our delivery operations. This is enabled by building an AI-enabled smart delivery platform; creation of standards, digital assets and accelerators; and industrialisation of delivery using methodologies and tools backed by strong talent, training and knowledge management.
Sudipta brings over 26 years of consulting experience with deep expertise in data and analytics. He has been instrumental in building a high-impact analytics practice at PwC India, delivering industry-specific solutions and implementing advanced analytical models. He has also led the industrial products sector nationally, among other leadership roles.
An academic achiever, Sudipta is a gold medallist from IIM Calcutta and a silver medallist from IIT Kharagpur. He teaches business analytics and enterprise performance management as a visiting faculty at IIM Calcutta and the Vinod Gupta School of Management, IIT Kharagpur.
Sudipta serves on the advisory councils of the PGDBA programme – jointly conducted by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur and ISI Calcutta – and PGEMP programme by SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.
