Financial statements are the tool through which a Company communicates its performance  and financial position with the outside world. Stakeholders rely on these financial statements to take informed decision about the its performance and ability to  sustain its future operations. Therefore, it is critical to review the financial statements objectively to ensure that the financial statements are true and fair and comply with the expectations and needs of the  stakeholders.

The objective of the course is to provide an assurance that the financial statements are in conformity of the applicable financial reporting framework and regulatory requirements.
