Course Overview
Finance is one of the critical pillars of any organisation. Decisions made without properly understanding the financial implications may lead to reduced profits (or even losses) and a reduction in shareholder value. There is a greater need to analyse financial performance, adopt appropite budeting techniques, understand the implications of business decisions and identify early warning signals of finalcial crisis. The Financial Analysis programme provides basic understanding of business analysis, budgeting, costing, decision making and investment appraisal.
