TALENT is ‘Tax Leaders of a New Tomorrow’ - our unique forum for the next generation of tax leaders.

Over the past decades, India has caught the attention of the world with its immense potential, powered by its growth paradigms. Tax and Regulatory reforms have been at the centre of the agendas of successive governments. The global COVID-19 pandemic is affecting businesses and will have immediate and long-term implications for the way that tax functions operate and may cause organisations to reassess their tax operating models, improve the efficiency of tax processes, and leverage technology to be more agile. This presents a complex set of challenges and considerations. Recognising the need for young tax professionals to be in sync with rapid changes in the world of tax, the TALENT forum focuses on developing the knowledge and skills of its members by providing them with tailor-made insights on the latest developments in the world of tax over structured webcasts, events, and other interactive outreach programs.

With tax playing an important role in the response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Tax and Regulatory reforms have been at the centre of the agendas of successive governments. Businesses worldwide have gradually started adjusting to the new normal and have responded to these evolving times by changing the way they operate. The current focus of businesses is to ensure continuity, to reassess their tax operating models, improve the efficiency of tax processes, and leverage technology to be more agile.

Recognising the need for young tax professionals to be in tune with rapid change in the tax world, the TALENT forum aims at developing the skills and knowledge of its members by providing them with tailor-made insights into latest developments in the world of tax through structured webcasts, events and other interactive programmes.
