Achieving CMMI Level 5 certification recognises PwC India’s relentless focus on driving continuous, innovative and well-defined process improvement and ensuring the highest quality and predictability of service delivery to clients. By building its people and process capabilities through CMMI best practices, PwC India has been able to strengthen the delivery of high quality, complex IT programmes on-time and within budget, enabling clients to realise desired returns from their IT investments.
Administered by the CMMI Institute, CMMI is a global process improvement model for assessing the effectiveness and maturity of processes used in the development and delivery of products and services. The CMMI framework and associated best practices are widely used by organisations around the world to guide improvement in their processes.
