Capability and Leadership Development Programmes

We are dedicated to empowering women across all levels of our firm through structured leadership development programmes. These programmes include:

Designed for women directors and ED-level professionals, this programme empowers them to take charge of their careers confidently.

For women at the manager and senior manager levels with an objective to create an environment where they can achieve their full potential in both their professional and personal lives. Notably, mentees from previous batches often become mentors for the next, fostering practical advocacy skills.

This programme serves as a platform for our colleagues to engage in candid conversations with our senior leaders, offering mentorship and guidance to navigate their careers and fulfill personal aspirations. It ensures that young talent has access to women leaders on an as-needed basis.

We curate webcasts that facilitate interactions, knowledge sharing, networking, and learning from women leaders within the PwC Network and India (Global and India series). These sessions leverage the power of storytelling, with senior women sharing their personal journeys to inspire, raise awareness, and foster a shared vision.

International Women’s Day 2024

This International Women’s Day, we looked beyond diversity – to emphasise how much #InclusionMatters to the experiences and outcomes of women at work. A workplace where women feel that they belong, are included in decision-making, and are treated fairly, equitably and with respect, is a workplace where women thrive.

Inclusion at work is a catalyst for women’s growth and advancement in every sector, and positions them more strongly to respond to key workforce developments. We are committed to accelerating progress on this by valuing the voices of women and adopting a strategic approach that emphasises inclusion.

Together, we are building an inclusive future.
