PwC helped in creating a platform for YES Bank and FinTech startups to co create innovative solutions. Yes Bank had already run one iteration of the program in early 2017. They sought PwC’s help for the second iteration to be able to generate additional ROI from the program by targeting the right start ups which could cater to the bank’s needs

PwC helped the client to achieve the objective of conceptualizing and managing the Innovation program. Following is the three level approach: Explore : Identifying innovation ideas/opportunities through workshops with each division and determine 3 focus areas. Identifying qualitative and quantitative benefits.
Experiment the prioritized PoCs against each focus areas. Run agile methodology to successfully conduct PoCs. Develop the PoC delivery roadmap. Embed successful solution or products ready for integration with business-as-usual. Conduct final demo day for all the shortlisted startups.
35+ were shortlisted from longlist of 60+ startups. IRD being shared with 35+ startups ~5 startups selected . 5 POC use cases prioritized of 21 innovative ideas
PwC conceptualized sub-broker digital platform for Angel Broking Articulate expectations: We helped the client define it’s vision for the platform, and the institutional customers expectations through discussion sessions with the leadership and 7 key customers Recommend best practices: We helped the client explore best practices (features/modules) from players operating in US, UK, China and India Design product roadmap: We analyzed the findings of phase 1 and phase 2 and helped the client articulate a product roadmap
